Region Name Display
When moving the mouse over the 3D map, the name of the biome or region is now displayed next to the coordinates. The data comes directly from the official ARK wiki (ark.wiki.gg) and covers all 9 maps.
Redwood Forests as 3D Sprites
Redwood trees are now displayed as billboard sprites in the redwood biome regions of The Island, The Center, Ragnarok and Valguero. The trees are distributed proportionally to the area and only placed on land (checked via topo pixel color).
New Maps in the 3D Viewer
The following maps now have a 3D view with topography:
- Althemia (Premium)
- Amissa (Premium)
- Nyrandil (Premium)
- Center PVP
- Island SOTF
Ragnarok has also been updated to the ASA topography.
Astraeos Obelisk Sprites
The obelisks on Astraeos now show map-specific sprites with the correct colors (red, green, blue) instead of the generic obelisk icon.
Biome & Redwood Data
All biome regions were fetched from the official ARK wiki and are now used for the region display. The redwood regions were also corrected with wiki data.
